Thank you for participating in MTSU’s National College Health Assessment. Your time and input are invaluable to us and are greatly appreciated. We wish you the best in your studies and academic endeavors.

We recognize that some of the survey questions were of a sensitive nature and may have evoked a negative response. If you feel you need to speak to someone as a result of completing this survey, please contact MTSU Counseling Services at 615-898-2670. Counseling Services is located in KUC 326s, and its services are free to currently enrolled MTSU students. You may also wish to discuss survey results with a health care provider in Health Services. You may use Health Services web scheduler to select an appointment time that is convenient for you.

Results of the survey will be available upon request from MTSU Health Promotion during the Fall 2022 semester. NCHA Program staff will draw for prize winners upon the survey’s close. Participants selected as prize winners will be notified in mid-April. Thank you again for your time and input!
