  • Cannabis and College: Exploring the potency of cannabis in today’s age and the impact on mental health, anxiety, and academics. Facilitated by our Health Promotion Coordinator.
  • Brain Food: A healthy eating guide for college students on how to balance a quality diet with college demands. Facilitated by our Health Promotion Coordinator
  • Sex in the City: Educates students on the patterns of sexual behavior exhibited by college students, the health risks involved with sexual activity, and how to protect oneself from infection or pregnancy. Facilitated by our Women’s Health Physician.
  • Overdose Prevention and Naloxone Training: Empowering students with information to prevent opioid and stimulant overdoses, while also training them on how to administer Narcan in case of emergency. Facilitated by a Regional Overdose Prevention Specialist.
  • College Well‑Being 101: Mental Health, Stress, and Sleep- A practical and interactive session that helps students understand the foundations of mental well‑being, managing stress, and build healthy sleep habits for a successful college experience. Facilitated by a Local Health Educator
